Peter visited the site at Stockport. Repeater equipment has been upgraded from a Hytera to a Simoco base station. Additionally, a courtesy beep has been added to indicate the end of a call.

GB3MR is a 70cm band repeater capable of analogue FM.
It sits on a hilltop with a fantastic take-off across the Cheshire plane and thus provides a substantial coverage of the Cheshire area and beyond.
