1. Download and print-out the membership form. HERE 
Complete the form with your details and sent the form with a cheque, to the address given on the membership form.
2. Download and print out the STANDING ORDER. HERE
Complete the form with your details and send the form to your Bank / Building Society.
3. PAYPAL
You can now safely, securely and speedily pay your subscription fees online with PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account you can use a credit/debit card to make the payment via PayPal
If you already have a PayPal account, then log in as normal.
If you do not have one, click on the “Continue”, on the left. This takes you to a page where you have to put your address and credit card info. You are given the option of saving this info, and this will create a PayPal account for you.
If you do not wish to save it, then just click on “Review Order and Continue”.. Please note – Send subscription payments to PayPal using our subscriptions@ukfmgw.co.uk address and no one else.
